PDA's retirement plan is unique among dental practices. PDA believes that a dentist's long term financial security is of utmost importance and is addressed by a generous 401(k) employer-paid benefit. The 401(k) Plan is a defined contribution plan in which PDA contributes a minimum percentage of salary for the dentist who has completed one year of service.
